Day 1 Arrival at Victoria Falls Airport and transfer to Ilala Lodge
2 nights in a standard room in dinner, bed and breakfast basis
Optional Activities available and can be booked in advance on arrival.
Day 3 Transfer to Chobe Pangolin Lodge
2 nights on fully inclusive basis
INCLUSIONS
• Airport meet and greet and transfers in Kasane
• Full board and accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned rooms
• All meals (brunch, high tea and dinner) and selected drinks (wine, local beers, soft drinks and spirits)
• Twice daily photo safari activities (photo boat or game drive – normal ratio 3:1 in favour of boat activities)
• Cameras, lenses, tuition by resident photo host and memory cards supplied
• Park fees and bed levies
• USD5 per bed night contribution to Pangolin.Africa

Day 5 Transfer to Kasane Immigration for boat transfer to Zambezi Queen Houseboat
2 nights in a standard suite on fully inclusive basis
INCLUSIONS:
• Accommodation, all meals, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee tea and local beer & wine
• Guided water-based game viewing and birding
• Guided water-based fishing (all fishing is strictly catch and release)*
• Guided (non-professional) water-based photographic safari**
• Guided cultural tour of a local village
• Road transfers to and from Kasane International Airport and Kasane Immigration Office located on the Botswana side of the Chobe River***
• Boat transfers between Kasane Immigration Office and Namibia Immigration Office located on the Namibian side of the Chobe River***
* Subject to availability of fishing boats.
** Please note there is only 1 photographic boat which is subject to availability at time of reservation.
*** When arriving at the Kasane and Namibian Immigration Offices guests need to fill in the required immigration forms to gain access and departure permission from the relevant authorities. This process can take between 45 to 60 minutes to complete and needs to be considered in terms of timing and preplanning.
EXCLUSIONS:
• Community development levy (ZAR 105 per person per night). The Community Development Levy will reflect as a separate line item on all invoices issued. The funds collected will supplement our community projects and initiatives run by the Zambezi Queen Collection to assist with education, health care and basic community services
• Air tickets & visa fees, additional transfers to/from Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia or any of the nearby Kasane lodges
• Premium alcoholic beverages (such as sparkling wine, spirits & dessert wines), curio store purchases and gratuities (discretionary)
• A land-based 4×4 game drive in Botswana’s Chobe National Park
Day 7 Boat transfer to Kasane Immigration for road transfer to Victoria Falls Airport.
